After the very successful First Yoga in the Mountains Festival in 2017, the second edition is set for 2019. The festival starts with a group dinner on the Friday, and then continues into the weekend.

The Festival then spins off into a Yoga trek in Mustang and a Retreat in Begnas Lake, amongst other activities. Check the links on this page for details.

Also within the festival is the yearly 108 Sun Salutations challenge, that fundraises for Antardristi - a project that has been working since several years in mitigating issues with the sexual abuse of minors in Nepal.

This event is co-organised by socialtours and Ethical Travel Portal, a tour operator based in Norway and serving experiences all around the world. It is supported by Pranamaya Yoga in Nepal.
